The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division, Benefits & Crew Hotels Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup of new HR Service Centre

– Development of communication materials for communications on new HR Service Centre

– Internal change management efforts eg organizing communication sessions and preparation of related communication materials

• Procurement of other Service Centre services

– Conduct RFP for services procured by Service Centre eg cargo repatriation services, foreign medical insurance, security bond for work pass application and renewal and debt collection

• Uniform Operations & Projects

– Work with Procurement on procurement of uniform items and tailoring services for Cabin Crew and Pilots (more than 10 uniform items) including liaison with BUs (CC and FLT) and Unions (SIASU and ALPA-S) for feedback on design, materials and workmanship

– Liaise with Procurement, STC uniform store, BUs and Unions on operational matters

– Provide support for uniform app after launch and roll out any system changes as and when required

– Management of uniform entitlements & quota based on utilization trend and operating capacity, including negotiations with Procurement, Unions (SIASU and ALPA-S) & BUs (CC and FLT) on the changes

– Report and analyse uniform utilization and operational feedback

– Day-to-day operations support for cabin crew and pilots’ uniforms administration

• Management of SKR and canteen operations

– Manage all operational issues in SKR and canteen operations

– Manage transition of outsourcing of canteen operations to a third party operator

 

 

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline

• Strong interest in communication and design work

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork with other team members

• High-level attention to details with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities

• Analytical and critical thinking skills are critical
