The successful candidate will join the Legal, Compliance & Secretariat Department in SIA Corporate Planning Division. He/She will support the entry into aircraft, engineering and treasury-related transactions for the SIA Group.
Key Responsibilities include:
The candidate should be a transactional lawyer doing any one of the following matters:
(a) aircraft and engine lease, finance, sale and purchase agreements,
(b) aircraft engineering and maintenance agreements,
(c) loans agreements and security instruments; and/or
(d) other high value cross-border transactional work.
Requirements
The candidate should have:
(a) a law degree from a reputable university in Singapore or a Commonwealth state,
(b) at least three years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house, and
(c) excellent contract drafting skills.
Admission to the Singapore Bar is not required.
The candidate should be able to:
(a) work independently and as a team player, and
(b) communicate with people effectively in a dynamic environment in Singapore Airlines Limited and its unlisted subsidiaries.
