A potential employee will act as (Customer Management Associate Representative) KAM E-grocery

  • Operational work and sales,
  • Sales KPI’s execution,
  • Sales forecasting ,
  • Annual Operational Plan for online platforms,
  • Promo planning and alignment with offline team, eCom and client,
  • Promo calendar execution,
  • Improvement of brand presence and brand awareness,
  • Analise and reco best practice in sales activations,
  • Negotiations with customer,
  • Preparation and execution of the Joint Business plan with Key partners,
  • Increase share of voice in the Customers eStores and services,
  • Fix product basics for customers based on the guidelines,
  • Category and assortment management,
  • Content placement and tracking,
  • T&L promo,
  • Results presentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Sales expertise not less 3 year,
  • Proven experience in eCom or Digital 1 year at least
  • Strong executional skills – multiple projects implementation and control
  • Excellent communication skills – engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive approach – drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Basic financial knowledge for budget management and P&L understanding
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
  • English level – intermediate+
