About Customer Experience
Customer Experience organization provides a common interface with customers and will act as the voice of the customer across all business groups. This unit will include Nokia’s customer teams, region and country management, as well as marketing. Our new Customer Experience organization is designed to build on our deep customer relationships.
About the Job
The CT Head Services Sales will lead and grow Services business with T-Mobile USA and affiliates on operational and strategic level, own the customer relationship, be responsible for relationship strategy and coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer. The CT Head is responsible for top line sales generation, P&L contribution, cash, assets, and other key financials that impact directly and indirectly CBT (Customer Business Team) results.
Acts as a main contact point for key customers. Understands customer’s strategic and business plans. Implements account strategy. Identifies services and/or solutions and develops a service offering to meet customer needs at an optimum profitability. Builds understanding of customers key business drivers and uses this knowledge for creating profitable business. Acts as an operational business manager, relationship manager, salesperson, and business developer in his/her defined business area.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
  • The role requires senior sales leadership skills, solid experience in handling an account/customer of comparable size and complexity
  • Supporting CBT and MN (Mobile Networks) Services strategy through deep understanding of T-Mobile and local market, including their network/operational strategies and ambitions.
  • Strong Leadership skills to be able to lead the Account, Delivery & Sales Development teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Ideally previous experience in working with T-Mobile USA or Tier 1 CSP (Communications Services Provider) in North America
  • Owns the customer relationship, responsible for relationship strategy and coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer and drive sales.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with influential stakeholders in the Headquarters, Regions, Markets
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance during critical deal making process and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Financial and risk management skills to support forecasting and the qualification of opportunities
  • Experience with contract management, financial terms and conditions
  • Good understanding of project management
  • Support customer network evolution plans in collaboration with CX S&T Team and MN BG (Business Group) teams
  • Accountable for business execution, after sales and managing the services business
  • Ideally previous experience in working with T-Mobile USA
  • Managed a large P&L and Multi BG Sales and delivery teams
Location:  The candidate must be located in Bellevue, Washington or Dallas, Texas

Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor’s in Science or Equivalent work experience
  • At least 15+ years of proven/documented sales and business development experience with minimum 10 years of services sales towards North American tier 1 CSP
  • Strong understanding of Site Deploy Process, High value optimization services, Operational services including Care management and Managed Services
  • Strong leadership profile with presence and credibility in the telecom/IT field
  • Having worked with the T-Mobile USA before and having a good network within the North American services delivery ecosystem is a plus
