Ensures implementation, sustain and execution of the Sales Capability Strategy defined to the WBD Frontline (Field Execution) team in both OT and TT Channels in order to maximize sales results and explore potential of sales team Managers as well as individuals.
1.Designs and implements Training and Development Agenda for the WBD Frontline sales employees based on the Sales Capability SPo1 Strategy and market demand in alignment with the key stakeholders: WBD Sales Support Director and Regional Sales Directors.
2. Based on the Sales Competency Framework leads Assessments to identify existing Gaps and development opportunities, recommends and aligns with the key Stakeholders execution corrective action plans and training solutions.
3. Provides delivery of training programs to the RSMs according to the aligned training calendar to increase individual’s sales skills and abilities to deliver expected work results and standards. Sets a system of control via certification of TT Managers (RSMs, TSM’s , TDMs, CRs).
4. Ensures TT Managers are trained on how to train their front line sales teams on Category Development, Revenue Management, Team management, Selling and Communication with the customer via regular health checks.
5.Runs Coaching session on a regular basis (after key Training programs) with the senior Sales managers (RSDs, RSMs) to support their professional development and ability to use the received knowledge in their regular operation.
6.Executes joint Field Coaching with RTMs and RSMs in order to help them develop and improve their individual professional skills and abilities as managers.
7.Supports new project launches via working within multifunctional teams, to prepare and implement trainings and workshops in order to ensure projects roll out.
8.Cooperates with the Sales Capability ESSA Sector team searching for the new approaches in Field Execution teams development to localize, shares the Best Practices with ESSA Colleagues.
Broad Field Management training experience
Minimum 4 – 5 years FMCG Field Management experience
Distributor management is an advantage
Good command of English language (upper-intermediate+)
Excellence in using MS Office Programs
