Job Description
Enterprise Applications team
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia’s applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.

Key tasks and main responsibilities:

Assures that the intersection between business needs, user experience and technical capabilities are aligned to provide a solution that is valuable, usable and feasible
• Analyzes  business requirements and is responsible that requirements are understood correctly.
• Translates business demands into detailed business requirements. Provides User Stories and Epics for Agile project methodology.
• Defines actionable strategic plan for IT Solution/Product including roadmap of incremental improvements, problem validation and iterative design and development.
• Ensures optimal usage of the budget by prioritizing the requirements and contributes to Annual Planning process.
• Ensures that enhancement proposals are analyzed and planned properly. Ensures terminology used  (technical or business) is understood by business and developers.
• Proactively looks for improvement on own areas and is experienced to manage IT capability roadmaps.
• Understands dependencies between solutions, processes  and data flows based on broad understanding of current IT environment.
• Responsible for investment proposal preparation and  business case creation incl. business benefit and service cost impacts.
• Participates in project execution in the role of “Product Owner” in the context of Establishing and communicating the vision for the product solution.
• Prioritizing implementation of backlog/features.
• Ensures training to key users. May support change management activities.
• Ensure that technical solution documentation is created and understood by business.
• Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoCs.
• Assist with business escalation for P1-P2 incidents impacting business performance, participates in RCA review.
